Vice President Noli “Kabayan” De Castro was said to have avoided President Gloria Arroyo’s “Kiss of death” endorsement so he stayed on the sidelines. Now nobody knows what he’s been doing lately, much less his plans for the 2010 elections. He’s not in the surveys and it seems he’s not in the voters’ consciousness too.
