As a former ESL instructor in a Korean language school and a private tutor, I am used to self-study – gathering my own materials and customizing my personal syllabus. My product training for AT&T is the complete opposite. Not that I’m complaining or anything; besides, it’s not my style to rant – but if do rant, I do it with style J! It’s a management decision and that is fully understandable since the software applications are internal. I’m very happy that I’m not falling behind. I think. Oh boy, wait ’til I get me hands on some modules!
